Error reference

A lookup of messages you may see, what each means, and how to fix it. Messages are quoted from the app.

Camera

Message / state	Meaning	Fix
“Can’t start camera”	The camera couldn’t start	Check USB/power; close other apps using the camera; re-connect.
Camera connection lost	The camera dropped mid-use	Re-connect; the booth logs when the connection is restored.
Wrong camera / list empty	Expected device not found	Re-plug and refresh; confirm the model is supported.
Wrong mode	Camera is in the wrong mode	Set the camera to the mode MixUp expects.

GlamBot (robot arm)

Message / state	Meaning	Fix
“Robot arm not connected”	No link to the arm	Check interface, cable/adapter, power.
Not homed	Arm hasn’t found home	Run homing before playing scenes.
E-Stop active	Emergency stop engaged	Release E-Stop; re-home if needed.
Pose unreachable / IK error	A scene pose is out of range	Fix the pose in the Scenes editor.
Scene has bad pose / empty	Scene can’t play	Edit the scene; add or fix poses.
Cable not connected / no connection with arm	Hardware link problem	Check arm cabling and power bus.

Sharing & cloud

Message	Meaning	Fix
“Authorization error, check service authorization”	Cloud token expired/invalid	Re-run Authorize.
“Wrong cloud path, check upload path”	Upload folder wrong	Fix Upload path; Check path / Create folder.
“No free cloud disk space”	Cloud account full	Free up space.
“Connection timeout, check internet connection”	No/slow internet	Check the booth’s connection.
“Api rate limit”	Too many requests	Wait and retry.
“Cloud service issue”	Service temporarily down	Retry later.
“No printers found on your system!”	No printer available	Install a printer in Windows; re-open print settings.

AI, license & system

Message	Meaning	Fix
“Some projects has Ai paid render, but you trying to use DEMO render.”	Paid AI used in demo mode	Add AI credits / activate a license — see Licensing.
License invalid	Key missing/expired	Re-enter your license key on this machine.
Missing image System\UI\globe-b.png (blank button)	UI asset missing	Restore System\UI\ assets or reinstall.

Not an operator problem

Some log lines look alarming but aren’t operator-actionable:

• The recurring shader compile warning (.color swizzle) — a known code-side bug for engineering; the app keeps running.
• “SMTP Client is already initialized” — benign double-init; email still sends.
• Web-gallery actions logged at error level with ok=true — informational.
