Sharing
Sharing is how a guest walks away with their content. MixUp uploads the finished photo/video to a cloud service, turns it into a link, and offers that link to the guest as a QR code, SMS/WhatsApp, email, or over local Wi-Fi.
Set up the cloud uploader first
Section titled “Set up the cloud uploader first”Most sharing methods deliver a link, and links come from the cloud uploader. Set that up before anything else, or QR/SMS/email will have nothing to hand out. See Cloud uploader setup.
The uploader currently supports these cloud services:
- Dropbox
- Yandex.Disk
(SMS and WhatsApp are delivered via Twilio, and Telegram via a bot — those are set up under Sharing methods, on top of the uploader.)

12- QR Code
Once the uploader works, open Sharing Options (the paper-airplane icon) and enable the methods you want:
- QR Code — the guest scans it to open their content.
- SMS / WhatsApp — sent through Twilio.
- Email — sent over your SMTP account.
- Telegram — via a bot.
- Local Wi-Fi sharing — the booth serves the content over its own Wi-Fi (no internet needed).

Local Web Gallery
Section titled “Local Web Gallery”Beyond per-guest sharing, MixUp can serve the booth gallery to tablets over your own network, so guests browse, share, and print away from the booth. See Local Web Gallery.
How a shared item flows
Section titled “How a shared item flows”Behind the scenes each item moves through: In queue → Upload started → Uploaded → Published → Done.
