DZEN TECH

Website Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope

Dzen Tech Inc, 30 North Gould Street, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, controls personal information processed through dzentech.store, account registration and administration, international enquiries, orders, licensing and support. Questions and rights requests: support@dzentech.store, +1 (484) 457-8844. The separate MixUp Control Privacy Notice describes the iPhone/iPad application.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction, we collect name, email, phone, company, country and shipping/billing details, enquiry text and preferred contact, order and product details, payment status (not the complete card number or security code), license and support records, account and email-verification records, consent records, IP address, browser/device and security logs. We receive data directly from you and status/transaction references from service providers involved in your request.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • respond to an enquiry and prepare a quote — your request, consent where used, and pre-contract steps;
  • create, secure and administer an account — consent and your account request;
  • accept payment, fulfill an order, ship goods, issue a license and provide support — contract;
  • tax, accounting, export, fraud prevention and legal claims — legal obligation and legitimate interests;
  • secure and improve reliability of the website — legitimate interests.

Marketing requires a separate opt-in where applicable. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers and disclosures

When the Global enquiry form is enabled, its contents are sent directly to the RU-hosted Bitrix24 portal operated by ООО «1С-Битрикс» for CRM and support. A delivery journal hosted in country code RU by ООО «ТАЙМВЭБ.КЛАУД» stores only a random request key, delivery state, Bitrix identifiers, timestamps, market/product/public-source markers and the consent revision/digest; it does not store the name, email, phone or message entered in the form. We also disclose only necessary information to our email providers, Stripe or another processor identified at payment, StarForce for license fulfillment, and the carrier/customs agent identified for an equipment order. Payment providers, tax authorities and carriers may act as independent controllers for processing they determine under law or their regulated services; vendors processing only on our instructions act as processors under contract. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where law requires, or in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

Links to Dropbox or Yandex download pages take you to an external service that receives the technical request data described in its own privacy notice; we do not send an order record to that service merely by displaying the link.

Embedded YouTube/Vimeo players remain blocked until you allow External media. After you allow it, your browser contacts the selected provider directly and that provider processes ordinary request data under its own privacy terms.

5. International transfers

DZEN TECH is based in the United States. Global form delivery and CRM processing take place in country code RU through the Timeweb Cloud journal and Bitrix24 described above, and authorised DZEN TECH staff may access the CRM from the United States. Where EEA, UK or similar transfer rules apply, we use the applicable contractual transfer mechanism and document the provider role, destination and supplementary safeguards before enabling the form. Consent to submit an enquiry does not replace a transfer mechanism required by law. Contact us for information about the mechanism relevant to your data.

6. Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally retained for up to 3 years after the last contact; order, payment, tax and license records for the contract term and applicable accounting, tax, warranty and limitation periods; support records for up to 3 years after closure unless needed for an active license, warranty or claim; and routine security logs for no more than 12 months unless an incident requires longer preservation. We delete, de-identify or securely isolate information when the purpose expires.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, logging, backups, software updates, provider review and other administrative, technical and physical measures proportionate to the data and risk. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, or appeal/complain to a privacy regulator. California residents may request to know, correct or delete covered information and receive non-discriminatory treatment; because we do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such sale/sharing to opt out of. We may verify identity and apply lawful exceptions.

9. Children, cookies and links

The website is for business equipment and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information. Current cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. Third-party sites have their own policies.

10. Changes and contact

We post the new date and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing. Rights requests may be sent to support@dzentech.store or by mail to Dzen Tech Inc at the address above.
