MixUp Control Privacy Notice
MixUp Control is provided by DZEN TECH INC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. This notice explains how the MixUp Control application for iPhone and iPad processes information when it controls compatible DzenTech equipment.
Information processed on the device
MixUp Control stores device assignments, presets, Waiting and Recording states, local GlamBot scenes, selected language and appearance, and other operator preferences on the device. The application keeps rotating diagnostic logs about application lifecycle, user-flow events, Bluetooth and local-network controller events, errors, app and operating-system version, device type/model, and a random installation identifier.
The random installation identifier is generated by MixUp Control. It is not an Apple advertising identifier and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Local-only diagnostics
In version 1.0, diagnostic logs and problem-report packages remain on the user's device. DZEN TECH does not receive or collect them. Logs and pending packages are retained locally for no more than 30 days, with no more than 10 packages queued. Removing MixUp Control deletes locally stored application data subject to normal device backup behavior. Users can contact support@dzentech.store by email.
Purposes
DZEN TECH uses diagnostic and support information only to provide customer support, troubleshoot hardware and software interoperability, improve stability and performance, prevent abuse, and protect MixUp Control and its services.
DZEN TECH does not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or track people across apps or websites owned by other companies. DZEN TECH does not share diagnostic information with data brokers.
Bluetooth, local network, and media
Bluetooth permission is used to discover, connect to, and control supported DzenTech devices. Local Network permission is used to find and control compatible Stellar LED Screen controllers on the same Wi-Fi network.
Images and videos selected for Stellar LED Screen remain under the operator's control and are sent directly to the selected controller on the local network. They are not included in diagnostic reports or uploaded to DZEN TECH support servers.
Choices and rights
To request access, correction, or deletion of support information, contact support@dzentech.store. DZEN TECH may verify the request and will respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
